Kaiser Business Center is a two building warehouse facility located on 10 acres in the Folcroft West Business Park in Delaware County, PA.
The project features an existing 125,000 sf warehouse currently being renovated into a multi tenanted facility. A second 44,300 sf office/warehouse is scheduled to begin construction in the Winter of 2007 with delivery in Winter 2008. |
